We want you to be satisfied with your Wato purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our refunds and cancellations policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@shopwato.com.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow our return process.
